Samsung washers with a digital display, front-load and top-load, show SUd, 5UD, Sd, 5d, SUdS, or 5Ud5 when the control detects excessive suds. The WD53DBA900H shows SUD. The washer pauses to let the suds settle and then continues by itself, and the code may flash again near the end of the cycle. It is not a service problem; it usually comes from using the wrong amount or type of detergent.
