Why won't my induction cooktop heat a pan?
Induction needs a compatible, flat-bottomed pan, and a pan that is too small or off-center may not register. If a known good pan still does not work, we check the zone, the sensor and the board.
Why does my gas cooktop keep clicking?
Spilled food or moisture around the igniter can keep it clicking. We clean and test the igniter and the burner cap, then tell you if a part is needed.
Can I keep using a cooktop with cracked glass?
We advise stopping use of any cooktop with cracked glass, because spills can reach the electronics. We verify the damage and discuss replacement options, since the glass cannot be repaired in place.
