What does the MT in the model number mean?

It marks the matte black steel finish. The wash system is the same as the stainless versions, but the outer door panel is different, so we use the full number when we order panels.

The door does not open by itself when the cycle ends. What now?

We test the AutoRelease latch and actuator, then the door switch and hinge for binding. A small release part is often the cause, not the whole door.

Do you replace the Bespoke door panel?

Yes, if it is damaged or the finish has worn. We confirm the finish code on your label first, since panels for the matte black and stainless versions are not interchangeable.
