Samsung WW25B6900A Compact Washer Repair
Most common issues on this model
- Door lock or latch not engaging
- Slow draining
- Smart Dial not responding
- Vibration in closets or stacked setups
The WW25B6900A is a white 24-inch compact front-load washer with a 2.5 cu. ft. drum, an AI-powered Smart Dial, SmartThings Wi-Fi and a Super Speed Wash cycle. It is out of stock at the moment, which usually means a model near the end of its run.
Compact washers go into closets, small apartments and stacks, so access is tight. We check what we can reach from the front first: the drain filter, the door boot and the door lock. We test the dial and board if the panel is unresponsive, and check leveling when it shakes.
Because stacked and closet installs carry vibration into the walls, a small amount of imbalance is more noticeable. We confirm the model and serial from the label before ordering parts, give you a written price before work, and provide a 30-day workmanship warranty.

Can you service a washer installed in a closet?
Yes, as long as we can reach the front and the connections. We tell you ahead of time if the unit has to be pulled out, and we put it back level when the repair is finished.
Why does the Smart Dial not respond?
A loose harness, a worn connector or a board problem can cause it. We test the dial and the connectors before replacing the board, and we explain which one we found before you approve any work.
Does the 24-inch size change what you check?
Access changes, not the logic. We still check the drain filter, the door lock, the boot and leveling, but in a smaller space, so we plan the visit around reaching those parts.
