RF24FSEDBSR
Samsung RF24FSEDBSR FlexZone Fridge Repair
Most common issues on this model
- Interior light not turning on
- Control panel not responding
- FlexZone drawer temperature
- Door gasket and alignment
Four doors, a FlexZone drawer and a counter depth fit describe the 23 cu. ft. RF24FSEDBSR. It is an older model, and it is typically installed where it sits flush with the counters.
When the control panel stops responding on a 4-door refrigerator, we check the panel connection and the main board feeding it. A dark interior light is usually the switch or the lamp socket. Because the FlexZone drawer has its own temperature setting, we check that the drawer damper moves freely before looking at the main sections.
We confirm the full model and serial number from the label and match the parts to that exact code. You get a written price before we begin, and the repair is backed by a 30-day workmanship warranty.

What is the RF24FSEDBSR?
You have a 23 cu. ft. counter depth 4-door refrigerator with a FlexZone drawer. It is an older model. The drawer has its own temperature setting, separate from the main compartments.
What do you check when the control panel does not respond?
We check the connection to the panel, the wiring behind it and the main board, and we confirm power at the unit before replacing anything.
Can the FlexZone drawer cause warm food elsewhere?
It can mislead you, because its damper and setting affect the drawer. If the main compartments run warm, we trace airflow and the fan. We test the drawer first.
