A Samsung dishwasher without a digital display that blinks Normal, Heavy and Quick, or Normal, Heavy and Smart Auto, is reporting that it does not have enough water. The light names depend on the model. The control expected the tub to fill to a set level and it did not. Digital-display models show this as 9E. You may see only a thin film of water and dishes that come out dry and dirty on the upper rack.

Is this the same as a supply problem?

Could it be a leak?

Should I keep running it?
