Samsung Bespoke DW90F89P0USR 24-Inch Dishwasher Repair

Most common issues on this model

AutoRelease door and latch at cycle end
Third rack tray and spray coverage
Wi-Fi connection and cycle alerts
Drain pump and filter
Inlet valve and fill

The DW90F89P0USR is a current Samsung Bespoke built-in dishwasher, 24 inches wide, with an AutoRelease door, a third rack and SmartThings Wi-Fi connection. It is rated at 38 dBA and has the fingerprint-resistant stainless steel look.

For service, the door and the third rack deserve attention. The AutoRelease door has to unlatch and open on its own, and the upper tray has to slide and sit properly or the spray will miss the small items it holds. When alerts stop arriving on a phone, we check that the unit has power and a closed door before looking at the network side.

We confirm the model and serial number on the label before ordering any part, give a written price first, and cover our work with a 30-day workmanship warranty.

DW90F89P0USRDW90F89P0USR questions

My dishwasher does not open at the end of the cycle. What is wrong?

The AutoRelease mechanism and latch are the first checks. We also look at the cycle's drying option, because the feature does not work with some settings.

Why are items in the third rack still dirty?

We check the tray's position on its rails, the spray coverage reaching it, and the filter and nozzles. A tray that sits slightly out of place can leave the top without water.

The phone alerts stopped. Is the dishwasher broken?

Not necessarily. We confirm the unit powers on, latches and completes a cycle. Connection settings are often a network matter, and we tell you what we find.
