In daily use it points to a key that is sticking, wet or pressed down by something.

How is bC2 different from bC3?

bC2 is a button held down for 30 seconds or more. bC3 is a communication loss between the touch chip and the buttons. They sound alike, but we test them differently.

Can wet hands cause bC2?

Moisture on the panel can mimic a held key. Dry it thoroughly and restart before assuming a repair is needed. Dry the whole panel, including the edges where moisture hides.

Will I see bC2 on my screen?
