Samsung Bespoke NQ70CG700DMT Flex Duo combination oven Repair
Most common issues on this model
- Bake element that does not glow
- Uneven browning between the upper and lower cavities
- Flex Duo divider seating and door handling
- Door lock or latch that stays engaged after a self-clean
- Convection fan sound or weak airflow
The NQ70CG700DMT is part of the Bespoke line: a 30-inch microwave combination wall oven in matte black steel with Flex Duo. Flex Duo is the divider that lets the main cavity act as two smaller ones, which matters when you cook two dishes at different settings. It also has 1.9 cu. ft. total capacity, dual convection fans, convection baking and Air Fry mode.
Because the cavity can be split, a complaint such as uneven browning needs a closer look than on a single-cavity oven. We check whether the divider is seated, whether the upper and lower elements both heat, and whether the convection fans move air evenly. If the bake element stays dark, we test it and its relay before ordering one.
We confirm the model and serial from the label before we order parts. Our price is written before the work begins, and the repair carries a 30-day workmanship warranty.

What does Flex Duo mean on the NQ70CG700DMT?
Flex Duo is the divider that splits the oven cavity into two sections, so two dishes can cook at different settings. When we service it, we check how the divider seats and how both halves heat.
Why would the two cavities brown differently?
On a Flex Duo oven, uneven browning can come from a weak element, a divider that does not seat, or a convection fan that moves too little air. We test each of these before we suggest a part.
Do you need the serial number to order parts?
Yes. We read the model and serial from the label inside the oven so we order parts that match this unit. We quote the price in writing first and give a 30-day workmanship warranty on the repair.
