Why does only part of my large burner light?
The dual ring can lose one section when ports clog or the cap is seated wrong. We clean and reseat it, then check the electrodes and gas flow. If a part is worn, we quote it before replacing it.
Can the high-output burner be adjusted?
Flame height is set by the valve and burner design. If the flame is weak or yellow, we look for blockage and low supply first, and adjust or replace parts only if testing shows they are out of range.
