Samsung displays show codes when a sensor, a pump, a valve or a board reports something outside its range. The same characters can mean different things on different lines, and one code can have several possible causes.
When we diagnose, we write down the code, note when it appears and what the appliance was doing, then test the parts connected to that report. A drain code on a washer, for example, leads us to the filter and hose before the pump. A cooling code on a refrigerator leads us to airflow and frost before a sealed system part.
If the sign points to more than one cause, we say so, and we do not replace a part until the test supports it. You receive the finding and a written price first.
Tell us the model and the code. We will bring the part.
